- registration for events with a limited number of participants – we do this to ensure that all people who register for the event can participate in it;
- Implementation of COVID-19 disease (coronavirus infection) prevention and control measures – the provision of personal data for this purpose is mandatory in all cases where we plan to have more than 300 participants in our event and tickets to the event are not distributed electronically;
- for surveys about the event – for this purpose we can send you an anonymous survey by e-mail. by mail.
4. What is the legal basis for collecting information about me?
We collect and store information about you legally because:
- by registering for an event organized by us, in which the number of participants is limited, you enter into a service agreement with us (even if participation is free of charge) (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
- we must comply with the legal requirements for the implementation of measures for the prevention and control of COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);
- we have a legitimate interest in sending surveys to event participants whose e-mails are we receive mail when registering to participate in the event (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
5. Do you share my information with other entities?
Information about you can be passed on:
- The National Center for Public Health under the Ministry of Health, to the extent necessary for the performance of the duties provided for in legal acts;
- our service providers, such as IT, communications, data warehousing and similar services companies, which have privacy and security obligations under personal data protection legislation.
6. How long do you keep information about me?
For the purpose of registration for events with a limited number of participants, we will protect your data for one month from the date of the event. For the purposes of sending the surveys, your personal data is also stored for one month. For the purpose of implementing measures to prevent and control COVID-19 disease (coronavirus infection), your personal data will be stored for 21 calendar days from the date of the event.
